Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping Times
Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business
days. Personalized items take additional time to process and
you will receive a separate email from us with an estimated
time for delivery.
For items that are out of stock, you will receive an email from us with the anticipated arrival date. Our online merchant processing software authorizes your credit card only and the final charges are not applied until the order has been shipped or you have confirmed in writing that you wish to have us ship any out-of-stock items when they are available.
Communication
Excluding weekend and holidays we will return your email or
telephone message within 24 hours. Your questions and/or
concerns are of the utmost importance to us and we will
always strive to get them answered in a timely fashion.
Shipping Methods
Primarily, we use USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail,
and/or UPS to ship your items to you. In the event you need
expedited delivery, please call or email us in advance to
ensure the item is in stock and we can meet your deadline.
Order Tracking
For all services other than USPS First Class Mail, you will
be provided with a tracking number which will be emailed to
you with the shipment notification.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover,
Diner's Club, and JCB
Return Policy
All items with the exception of personalized items may be
returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items which have
been personalized with a date or text characters.
For return instructions, simply email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and instructions for processing your return will be provided to you at that time.
